Bamboo is where past, present and future meet

Bamboo captures carbon from the air at a remarkable rate and grows much faster than trees. In a forest, trees and bamboo decompose and the carbon is re-released. At 108 Production, we turn plant into charcole (pure carbon). The char can be used for many things, and then safely stored in the soil for thousands of years. In the soil, char helps with water retention, and drainage. It also provides structure for soil live to thrive!

Any product we make from bamboo or wood: a flyfish pole, a spoon, drone parts, etc, can be return to our store at the end of its life cycle to be turned into char. And, you will receive credit towards your next purchase! That's closed loop carbon cycling! It's like recycling except we put the carbon in the soil instead of back into the air.
